The Mission of Antioch In The Ville Community Development Association is to partner with other agencies and businesses to empower individuals to have a compassionate desire for justice and equality for all humanity that will be fruitful for the community.

II. Vision

The Vision of Antioch In The Ville Community Development Association is to be a Foundation of love and encouragement for humanity that address ones needs in a holistic means that leads to thinking, behaving and striving for unity within society.

III. Purpose

The purpose of Antioch In The Ville Community Development Association is to teach, demonstrate and provide resources that are life-changing, meeting the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of people who are homeless or in need of hope.

A. Our Beliefs:

Antioch In The Ville Community Development Association ascribes to the belief that all humanity belongs to a Higher Power and are created equally.

B.    Our Patrons:

1. We value individuals as eternal beings created with character, dignity and meaningfulness.

2. We believe that every person, no matter how adverse the circumstances, is redeemable and can live a life of meaning and purpose.

3. We teach people to accept responsibility for their actions and encourage them to become individuals of honesty, accountability and commitment.

4. We provide development, educational and training opportunities so that individuals can be productive in society.

C.    Our Leadership:

1. Our leadership will have a mission that is transparent in expressing cultural diversity of serving humanity and maintaining the highest level of personal integrity and commitment.

2. We are committed to assist each person with the highest level of respect and compassion to reach and attain ones given potential.

3. All staff and leadership must have an ethical, loving concern to service humanity and cultivate a team atmosphere.   

D.    Our Staff:

1. We demand of ourselves high standards of competence and performance and accept the need to be accountable through appropriate structures for achieving these standards.

2. We seek to provide quality opportunities and experiences for our employees, providing them with opportunities for personal, spiritual, mental and professional growth.

E.    Our Volunteers:

Provide opportunities for the local agencies, organizations and community to use their talents, skills and resources to serve the needy and will engage people of all ages, creeds, and ethnicities; to foster relationships and building community under the direction and at the discretion of the CEO, President, Director and board members’ leadership.

F.    Our Finances:

1. We will raise and apply our finances with the utmost of integrity, accountability and openness.

2. We value economy, good stewardship and living within our means that will allow us to address needs of the community presently and the future.

G.    Our Facilities:

Provide a safe, clean, well-maintained and secure facility that exhibits concern for the well-being for our patrons, visitors and staff.
